Kinesis - “Movement”

The day we enter this world one of our first goals is movement. We learn to roll over, take our first steps, and before you know it we are off and running. Movement is the expression of life, it speaks through dance, the perfect pitch, pass, or swing. Movement is the simple things like getting out of bed, walking through the neighborhood, or opening a door. It is also important things like walking down the aisle, playing with your kids or grandkids, and performing at work. Movement is a part of life and Kinesio Physical Therapy and Performance believes in having quality in your life. We are here to help you move well, feel well, and perform well.

Kinesiology

Kinesiology studies the physiological, biomechanical, and psychological dynamic principles and mechanisms of movement. At Kinesio PT and Performance we utilize these principles to optimize and restore movement and function. Basically, when you’re in pain we help get rid of it.
